More Hypocrisy

Okay, so if you read my previous post (My only other post!) then you are aware that I want to use this forum as a platform from which I can share my stories.  Here’s the problem, do I really want to post stories I’ve worked hard on — okay, stories I’ve worked on — here on this site where someone can take them and pass them off as their own?  The whole idea may not only be presumptuous, but absurd, and I’m the first to admit that I’m prone to thoughts of paranoia, but the internet is a big place full of conniving people.  I could copyright my stories — I’ll have to at some point anyways — but that costs money that I don’t have.  Honestly, as I’m writing this out I’m becoming aware of how moronically placed my worries are.  There are many, much more lucrative, ways to scam people and I should be more worried about getting my stories published than I am of having them stolen.  If I still can’t sleep at night I can always send them to myself via the post office, and the very act of posting them on my site should be proof enough. Okay, sorry about all that, on with the stories.

P.S.

If I have something important to say — not that I ever do — I still might post it on here.  Who are you the blogger police?! Get off my back!
